This very mineral wine present a beautiful gold yellow color and its nose offers aromas of violet and spices. We find in the mouth some aromas of fruits with yellow flesh (like apricot) and vanilla which participate in the wealth of the set, well-balanced and refreshed by the acidity.
Chapoutier's Hermitage Le Méal is produced exclusively on the eponymous hillside, consisting of high terraces of rounded pebbles and clay. It is an Hermitage made from old Syrah vines, aged around 60 years. These are cultivated according to biodynamic principles and harvested by hand.
