Château Smith Haut Lafitte, renowned for its red wines, is a magnificent 14th-century château. Since 1990, it has been owned by the Cathiard family, a couple of entrepreneurs: the former French skiing champion and his wife, the founder of GO SPORT. The inimitable Smith style is the work of the talented oenologist and winemaker Stéphane Derenoncourt.
