Grape varieties: 45% Chardonnay; 55% Pinot Noir. Dosage Brut 8g/L. Aging: 5 years

Tasting notes: Appearance: yellow color with golden highlights. Nose: ripe yellow summer fruits with hints of apricot and peach. Palate: generous, full-bodied and fruity with superb richness.
Serving temperature: 46-48°F

Food and wine pairings: Ideal as an aperitif.
